One of our customers is trying to receive email from Flagstar Bank to
set up a new account. Our postfix servers are rejecting it due to
missing DNS information for the sending domain.
I can provide log details if anyone here is in a position to help.

I'm in search of someone from Charter who can help get a small ISP's
email servers off the blacklist for stny.rr.com. If you could reach out
off list, it would be much appreciated. (Email to
