[mailop] Anybody seeing a huge spike of (S3140) errors from Hotmail/Outlook started on Sep 7th

Hello, We are seeing a spike of S844 errors from Microsoft started on May 12. SNDS doesn't show any changes. To add to the puzzle, it is happening to only one of our datacenters / IP network only, the rest is completely normal. Thanks in advance, Rauf
