Any Symantec/Messagelabs contact info? We've got an IP address that seems to be continually being listed there. The IP is not listed on any other blacklist. I'm not aware of any spamming events happening on this IP address - but I'd love to discuss it further with Symantec and figure out exactly why they are blacklisting the IP. If something bad is coming from this IP address I'd like to know about it so I can stop it. But as it stands now, I do not know why they are blacklisting the IP and their form just has the generic "Please delist this IP" options. I genuinely really want to investigate this.
I wrote investigat...@review.symantec.com and customerc...@symantec.com previously - I got a case number - 31145850 - and a reference number - ref:_00D30jPy._5003817Ii2J:ref - but never got any other response from them. I don't know how they expect me to fix something when I don't know what the problem is.
