This opportunity is scheduled to start as soon as the resource is identified and will last *6 months*. The client is looking for a strong *Business Analyst who has Project Management experience. * *Requirements:* - *Business Systems Analyst (60%) / IT Project Manager (40%)* - Act as strategic partner with customers and users. - Able to tailor communication to audience level. - Able to respectfully challenge customers to think about different options – comfortable providing them with options rather than just perform what they request. - Work to understand changing business needs and how technology can assist. - Work with software vendors on *integration design, system implementations, and coordinating projects.* - Assist in design, setup, and documenting application configurations. - Participate in *technical design sessions*, working with technical resources, to provide insight during solution development. - *Management of small to mid-size projects* including coordination of multiple technical resources and vendors, and escalation of concerns or roadblocks to leadership team. - *Use formal project management process and tools for new applications/projects. * - Look for optimization of business process. - Be forward-thinking and identify gaps of requests customers want today and how that may impact future decisions. - Connect customer to impacts of decisions – Don’t be an order-taker, help them find the best solution. - *Gather detailed requirements and translate business needs for the developer.* - Good communication as it relates to more of an *agile process* – bridge between the customer and developer / vendor. - Work with customer documenting *“As-Is” and “To-Be”* processes and drive vendor design and execution.
