This role assists and coordinates problem determination activities with other groups such as Facilities, Server, Database, and Network management. This role performs a variety of responsibilities including the integrating and testing of hardware/software solutions using theoretical and practical applications of a body of highly specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis. Collaborates with others to provide services in carrying out assigned duties, and uses significant discretion and independent thinking to support the attainment of department functions/objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will nee to draws upon professional concepts and expertise to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. (Data Ontap 8.x in 7-mode) • 3+ years’ experience with SAN switch technologies, Brocade or IBM technologies preferred • 3+ years’ experience supporting both Windows and Linux host systems • 3+ years’ experience of various storage related protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, CIFS, NFS) Do you have experience supporting both SAN and NAS technologies Do you have experience with IBM N-Series or Netapp Storage.
