This is an initial 2 month contract with very likely extensions after the initial phase for up to 2 years. The rate has not been defined but it will have a factor in evaluating candidates with a similar background. This is a Health Care facility so Healthcare experience is desired but not required. The communication skills are very critical but H1 candidates are acceptable. Location: Palo Alto, CA(only from CA) Synopsis: We have a guy already sitting in California and has the insight to the environment. Oracle DBA will be 2 to 3 month duration but should be extended afterward for phase 2 project escalation and could go 2 years. These folks need to be able to shadow in-house experts and replicate without much oversight. The oracle dba will be shadowing short fuse and overworked but nice guy oracle genius. The ETS team simply has no bandwidth to monitor or do in-depth training and will be retasked when support arrives. They will sit in on meetings and be expected to proxy in meetings for team leadership.
