*BDM -Required Skills and Responsibilities**:*

·         Around 6+ years of excellent work experience in Major Account /
Sales management experience in IT staffing with excellent contacts with
Tier one companies, direct clients, preferred vendors and should be able to
get immediate business.

·         Proficient and demonstrable experience in all phases of the
business development and sales cycle.

·         Must be very proficient in using web portals, MS Office and other
office/communication tools.

·         Experience in leading sales presentations.

·         Forms strong working relationships within the team.

·         Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists
others.

·         Must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing
services.

·         Must have worked in developing direct Clients relationship.

·         Very strong communication skills – both written and oral.



*Recruiters -Required Skills and Responsibilities**: *

·         Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract , Contract to
Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones
etc)

·         Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques –
W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers

·         Bench Recruiting – H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1

·         Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract to
Hire and Permanent Requirements).

·         Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn,
Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.

·         Managing technical recruitments for the Business unit.

·         Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.

·         Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database.

·         Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.

·         Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.

·         Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting.

·         Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in
pressure situations if required.

·         Excellent Telephonic Etiquette.

·         Vendor Management etc.

·         Excellent written and oral English.



*Educational Qualification**:*



·         Minimum Graduation.
