*Position:- Project Manager With Video Conferencing* *Location:- Madison, WI* *Duration:- 12-18 Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Basic Qualifications* · Strong knowledge of Video Conferencing Architecture. · Strong knowledge of Video Conferencing Technologies. · Strong knowledge of Processes, Data and Infrastructure integration. · Strong Program development knowledge (i.e., developing Video Conferencing as a Service) · Strong Application/Solution Governance development knowledge. · Strong Leadership abilities. · Strong Project Management abilities. · Strong Business Analysis & Systems Analysis abilities. · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. · Well-developed skills with Visio, MS-Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. · Experienced working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. · Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. · Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks. · Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* · Gathering the requirements of the College for video conferencing · Developing the business case/value for video conferencing · Conducting research on technology capabilities both in-house and in the market · Comparing and contrasting the pros/cons of tools · Vetting and getting buy-in from stakeholders on one or a minimum set of selected tools · Managing the project to either replace existing tools or implement new tools in the environment: · Developing a plan and work breakdown structure · Overseeing installation, configuring and setting up of the technology · Coordinating with internal IT and business teams · Piloting the solution with a select group to ensure needs are addressed · Developing an effective governance process to manage the technology · Establishing policies, procedures and standards for day-to-day operations management · Establishing monitoring mechanisms for maintaining consistency in use · Promoting the solution district-wide to ensure adoption · Developing an end-user educational program for using the solution · Establishing protocols to safeguard Madison College’s data (PHI, PII, etc.) from a breach *Desired Proactive Behaviors * · Display energy and initiative in solving problems. · Follow all possible avenues to get the job done. · Adaptable - undertake a variety of tasks willingly. · Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required. · Work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles. · Quality - demonstrate appropriate quality and thoroughness in the work. · Decisive - ability to make decisions quickly when faced with multiple options. · Ability to influence others in decided course of action. · Integrity - act with personal integrity at all times. · Professional - work within your team's processes. · Confront problems, propose solutions and take ownership through to resolution or ensure a clear hand-off. · Have a positive can-do approach to work. *Education and Qualifications* · 4 – 7 years of skills as a Project Manager/Change Manager. · 3 – 5 years of skills as a business/systems analyst. · 3 – 5 years of skills in video conferencing architecture.
