*Position:- SAP Solution Manager * *Location:- Lansing, MI* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need only USC, GC * *Top Three Skills: * · Overall high level experience technically and functionally with ChaRM. · Experience with Solution Manager 7.1 -ITSM, OCC, BCPA, etc · Customer Service skills- we perform LOTS of end user support, often repetitive information *Job Description:- * · Dart Container went live with SAP's ChaRM in June 2015 and has had an open Basis/ChaRM need that they were looking to fill directly or through contract to hire within the functional team in the PMO. · Our consultant will Support the Change Control (CHARM) and Solution Manager product for the business. Apply corrective notes for any ChaRM issues. Troubleshoot open support desk ticket related to Charm.
