·         Overall high level experience technically and functionally with
ChaRM.

·         Experience with Solution Manager 7.1 -ITSM, OCC, BCPA, etc

·         Customer Service skills- we perform LOTS of end user support,
often repetitive information

*Job Description:- *

·         Dart Container went live with SAP's ChaRM in June 2015 and has
had an open Basis/ChaRM need that they were looking to fill directly or
through contract to hire within the functional team in the PMO.

·         Our consultant will Support the Change Control (CHARM) and
Solution Manager product for the business. Apply corrective notes for any
ChaRM issues. Troubleshoot open support desk ticket related to Charm. Help
support any Retrofit issues.

·         Ensures efforts are approved before work begins (Request for
Changes –RFC)

·         Reduces manual efforts via transport of copies

·         Enable Retrofit process

·         Improves visibility into changes

·         Provides a single source for all changes

implementation that will be taking them through a 4 year journey. Business

*Interview Information:*

·         What does the interview process look like?

·         Combined 1 ½ hour WebEx with the BASIS Manager and BASIS Team
Lead or Sr. BASIS Admin.

·         Can you hire off the phone?

·         Yes, prefer WebEx with video enabled.

·         Who is the Internal/External Customer:

·         All support will be internal to the DART’s SI and employees. No
external customers.

·         Impact to the Internal/External Customer:

·         Will be working with the internal technical team but primarily
with the business team.
