This is not a good thing. What is particularly bad is that the web site still
points it out as a feature and the 1.2.x documentation specifically calls it
out and I used this information on the web site to make the decision to do the
upgrade.

This feature is not longer available in 1.2
have a look at page [My account] -> [Mange columns] and as administrator at
[Manage] -> [Manage configuration] -> [Manage columns]
for the new column features

Hello,
I upgraded our Mantis install to 1.2.0 a couple weeks ago and only just now
noticed that we can not switch between Simple and Advanced views for viewing,
reporting or updating issues. I have added the following lines to
config_inc.php, but it makes no difference.
$g_show_report = BOT
