AddHandler mgmapagent_handler fcgi and
LoadModule mgmapagent_module modules/mod_mgmapagent.so
and restarting both mgserver and apache worked for me!

You can use API to create a mgselection on a layer using an mgquery object
whith no filter.
Then you can get the MgSelection's MgEnveloppe.
As you can't change MapExtent during the runtime (i don't know if it's

This is not really a problem, you get that message from studio if your layer
is styled on properties (columns) that don't exist in the new Feature Class
(table) that you have selected.
