I think you try to connect Oracle Database with Oracle Instant Client
10.2.0.3 and oracle odbc driver-win32 10.2.0.3 .
Try ODBC FDO "Connect via a Data Source Name (DSN) set up on this server" and
use the above DSN which you created using the oracle odbc driver-win32 10.2.0.3

In the serverconfig.ini check to make sure that MachineIp and IpAddress are
both set to the IP Address of the server machine. Note, if at some point in
setting this up, you are using the IP Address of the web tier machine, you are
getting the wrong IP Address---I
