When applying a background color to a fill style style the background color
does not display in the DWF viewer.
For example if I set a pattern of "Net" with a "Foreground" color of red and
a "Background" color of blue the background color is always transparent
instead of blue in the DWF viewer.
No, I don't think it is documented anywhere (at least not as clear as
below).

The layer/table must have a primary key, and that primary key must be
detected/assigned for selection to work.
The easy way is to simply add an autoincrementing number column to the
table.
Some people reported trouble when using strings or doubles as the
primary key on Oracle.

Do you mean something like?:
window.setInterval('GetMapFrame().Refresh()', 3);

Have you tried to add the provider(s) as having a connectionpoolsize of one?
(in serverconfig.ini)
It is bound to give really bad performance, but it may give stability.
If it gets stable with only one connection, the issue is likely a
threadding problem in MG or the provider.

isapi_MapAgent.dll and modified ajaxmappane.templ. The problem is the
requester.open("Post", webAgent + reqParams, true);, which has to be a GET
