Hi James,
Thank you for your solution. I tried and succeeded.
Currently, I am investigating the same thing using APIs.

I have already search here, but I found nothing that is in relation with the
scale bar.

You do realize that ArcSDE runs on top of Oracle don't you? Also the question
was ArcGIS not ArcSDE, two different products...

Hi
AFAIK the FDO ArcSDE provider supports versioning, so why not just use it with
ArcSDE?

I thought ESRI is doing its own versioning
King.Oracle doesn't have direct support for Oracle Versioning.
Versioning in Oracle is done transparent to application and you can use
it even with King.Oracle by switching workspaces with SQL statements.
I have worked with Oracle versioning quite a lot and in my experience it
is much more effort
Can you look in the MGE Access.log and see if the failure times of IIS always
happen with the same operation?

Let's see if I can take another hack at this.
Mapguide was developed as a web-enabled map reader tool (with limited
redlining) not as a full-blown map editing tool. ARCGis is a map editing tool.
Mapguide OS is free (MGE costs for support). ARCGis costs a significant amount
of money for man

Hello Everybody
I'm a french user of MapGuide Opensource, I have a question about french
translation.
When I plot with Mapguide, I want to translate the bar scale set by defaut,
and change meters and scale by "Mètre" and "Echelle".
I know this feature is hard coded, how to get around this problem
Hi Flipper,
I have the same problem. Have you resolve it?

That error message is misleading because it is saying it can't parse a
JSON response. To find the real cause of the error, you will have to
look in Firebug at the response from the queries sent to MapGuide, which
will be in one of SaveSelection.php, GetSelection.php or Selection.php

Everything looks fine. I can't see any memory issues.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I tried the link you sent but the functions was

In the response I made for the other post, there is a link to the sample:
http://data.mapguide.com/mapguide/phpviewersample/ajaxviewersample.php
This is the basic setup, and requires no programming.
You can view parcel data if you select a parcel.

Dear, Kenneth
Thank you for your answer, I reviewed the link you sent
concerning your question, I mean by querying geographic data (to identify
attribute data) to know what is the information attached to that data. Is
this possible without writing code?
I wish anybody has an example to send it me
I also replied in the other post.
Please consider using a descriptive email subject.
"Query geographic data" is a VERY broad statement.
You can see properties of features and create a buffer without programming.
Pan, Zoom and measure is avalible as standard commands.
