Open your runtime map:
MgMap map = new MgMap(siteConnection);
map.Open(Request.Form.Get(MAPNAME));
Then create a MgSelection from it and the selection string
MgSelection selection = new MgSelection(map, selString);
From here look at the API documentation for MgSelection to see what you can

I already installed on 2003 server without any troubles. The only difference
here is that I installed .Net 4 (together with 1 and 2). I don't know if

2. Hide real URLs to users.
