It depends on what local coordinate system you are using. I guess you are
working with swedish coordinate systems (?), in that case you might need to
do a coordinate system override on your data sources. For example, for RT90
2,5 gon V you set WKT as:

i had use the same ECW and SHP in 2.1, the SHP files working fine, ECW did
not appear when preview independently in 2.1. but in 2.2 both ECW and SHP
layers appear correct when view them independently.

Try this before you loop the feature reader:
MgClassDefinition clsDef = AFeatureReader.GetClassDefinition();
string geomPropName = clsDef.GetDefaultGeometryPropertyName();
The use the geomPropName instead of "geometry" in your GetGeometry() call

It may be named "featid" in the table, but MapGuide may be interpreting the
table structure differently.
That's why I said to preview the feature source, you can see how MapGuide is
seeing this table.
