The AIMS 2012 Mobile Extension is an OpenLayers-based viewer optimized for mobile and touch devices. You can build something similar with a mixture of OpenLayers 2.11 and a mobile framework of your choice (Sencha Touch, jQuery Mobile, etc), though this would have to be an effort made from scratch.

That's just a normal warning you get when the GDAL provider could not determine the extents of the raster image, so the provider just returns an arbitrarly large extent (+/- 100 ). It's a warning because the extent is usually way too large and a layer that is created off of it usually cannot be
