Just reporting that in my experience this problem exists for nested folders
under the aliased folder. My raster files are about 3 directories deep from
the aliased folder. If you look at my screenshots, the alias is to a
network directory (GIS_DATA), and then the raster files are directo
Might I suggest FME from Safe Software as an elegant and powerful way to
convert these DWGs. While there is a cost, I believe it is easily justified in
the work effort that can be saved over time.

Ok... thx for the whole information guys ;)
We will try now first an other way to get those files working. Just
"converting" them to sdf/shp - hopefully this tool(s) work properly.
