API-MS-WIN-CORE-PRIVATEPROFILE-L1-1-1.DLL
API-MS-WIN-SERVICE-PRIVATE-L1-1-1.DLL

I'm using WIN 7.
Have also try on WIN SERVER 2012 R2 and also works there.
Have you restart MG service after aplying FDO?
Check if you have vcredist x64 2012 installed?

Try with depends.exe on FDORFP.dll and you will se if still something is
missing in your configuration.
For me these steps works:
1.) Install MGOS 2.6 x64
2.) Replace FDO folder in MGOS with ACAD 2015 x64 FDO folder
3.) Put TBB.dll into MGOS FDO dir
Try to put TBB.dll also in server/bin folder ..
@Srecko Lipovsek
still there is something missed.

I took the entire contents of
"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server
2015\Bin\FDO\"
and pasted to: (MGOS 3.0 Preview)
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Server\Fdo
And the ECW worked great.

@GordonL
What did You did :) more then was written above?
I've got an error when selecting: New resource -> Feature source -> Autodesk
FDO Provider for Raster
.. (559) MgFdoException.:
An exception occurred in FDO component.
Unable to load the FDO Provider library 'FDORFP.dll': Can't fin
Yes, that is a cool technique - works great.
I am not sure about licensing though.
I guess MapGuide needs a newer version of GDAL to get ECW and SID working
(even with 3.0)
