[mapguide-users] The big MapGuide cross-browser question!

2008-07-31 Thread BruceWeston
Hello everyone, Some of the projects we are working on require that we have cross browser support for our MapGuide ajaxviewer. I think we're doing quite well and we are using a mix of 1.2 and 2.0 servers. For production reasons we can't upgrade our 1.2 servers. Here's a run down of MapGuide

Re: [mapguide-users] FF 3 ...AJAX viewer does not load map

2008-06-20 Thread BruceWeston
That helps load the map but everything else is a bit flaky - especially ajax mouse zooms. Tom Chadwin wrote: That works to a certain extent (FF3 on XPSP3, MGOS2 on W2K3 IIS PHP). The map (and legend) now loads, but my rasters do not always show up, and sometimes I cannot zoom. I believe

[mapguide-users] Ajax Viewer keyboard accessibility

2008-05-09 Thread BruceWeston
Hi there, One of the requirements on my current project asks that we provide keyboard access for the map. Has anyone ever tried creating any code that allows the user to, for instance, pan around the map using the arrow keys? Responses gratefully received... Ross -- View this message in

[mapguide-users] Ajax Viewer zoom control and digitizing......

2008-03-27 Thread BruceWeston
Hello folks, I have a bit of a problem when I'm digitizing a point using the ajax viewer. Here's why; if you are in digitizePoint mode and you click on the left/right/up/down pan controls or on the zoom bar, then the ajax viewer seems to see that as both a pan (or zoom) AND a digitize point.

[mapguide-users] Ajax viewer zoom tool

2007-12-18 Thread BruceWeston
Hi there folks, I've got the CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE for you all. I've created a map and I want to set the zoom tool scales like you would if you were using base layers, but we're not using base layers at all, so I'd like to do this programatically. I've recently worked out how to use anonymous
