btw, what do you mean when you want to update your data? is it your spatial
data or attribute data?since your data are not connected to database,i dont
think you can update your attribute data.But you can update(add,delete) your
spatial data with some scripts.correct me if wrong

Then there is no more dynamic data. Every time want to update the attributes,

the aswer is 'nope..you can't'..but there is alot of software that are
capable to do data editing such as mapinfo, arcview, etc..and even you can
use autocad as your data editor..mge is simply like 'layer customizer' that
has a capability to connet your dataset to database.

Actually, my client still want the data in Cassini projection. Is it mean
there is no way i can integrate that data with Google map unless re-project
it into WGQ84? If that, maybe you can tell me a bit how can i perform this
