The SQL queries are running in less than 5 seconds. The execution time-out setting is set to 0 (unlimited). My PHP time out settings is 120 seconds. Of the sites that are not loading, the largest database has 60 tables. Another database has 18 tables and 40 views (not all accessed by MapGuide).
