There was only one 10K value in the delicious/jxtheme.css file I am

Greetings!
I am working with the templates/mapguide/standard fusion viewer that was
bundled in mapguideopensource-2.1.0.4283-src.tar.gz. When using Firefox
v3.6.3 none of the Toolbar icons are showing after the mapviewer has
rendered. All of the Toolbar objects are there, I get tooltips when I

Hi Adam,
Stefano is correct about removing the #ifdef statements in both
Timer.cpp and Core.cpp.
Remove all of the following #ifdef, #else, and #endif (making sure you
remove all of the WIN32 code that is inside the _DWFCORE_WIN32_SYTEM
code blocks:
#ifdef _DWFCORE_X86_SYSTEM

Hi Simon,
I have mapguide (v2.1.0.4283) running on RH 5.3 (2.6.18-128.el5 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux).
The build for FDO and mapguide worked fine right "out of the box."
Configuring Apache mod_fcgid proved to be a test (for me at least).
Not to interfere with Trevor's livelihood but I would field
mapagent and php work with this Apache handler config:
AddHandler fcgid-script .php
AddHandler mgmapagent_handler .fcgi
I still can't get stdin piped into mapagent when called via mod_fcgid
using:
AddHandler fcgid-script .fcgi

I am trying to debug a new MapGuide install, testing the
ajaxviewersample.php against Sheboygan.mgp.
All of my mapagent calls are failing. I have instrumented CgiAgent.cpp
with a call to EchoTest(), and the following was dumped to the Apache
log.

Hello Adam, Rajeev, and others interested in 64bit MapGuide,
I thought I had the problem solved last week. I got FDO and MapGuide to
compile on a x86_64 installation of Fedora Core 8 (a torturous
experience). When I tested using the Sheboygan.mgp sample data, mgserver
threw an FDO exception relate
It's getting kind of "hack-y" from a configuration standpoint.
I copied www/webconfig.ini into www/mapviewerphp to satisfy the
"../webconfig.ini" requirement of
www/mapviewerphp/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi.
The Apache error log is now showing complaints for

Thank you for your reply Dave.
phpinfo() checks out OK. I was using it extensively earlier on in the
process when I was getting undefined function MgInitializeWebTier errors
(My fault for mixing-and-matching php versions).
But now I am on to "newer" and "fresher" territory.

Thank you for your reply Jackie.
Yes - display_errors = On is set.
And it did reveal more information that I was initially scrolling past
in the Apache error log.
This was the cause of the Internal Server error.

The problem seems to be morphing - not quite to the level of "stupid
user" but ...
The ajaxviewersample.php app still reports an "Internal Server Error."
The mgserver Access.log now reports success on Sheboygan.mgp
