you shouldn't need to move your php.ini file from the php folder under
WebServerExtensions
remove all other copies of php.ini you may have on the system.
you can create a file in the mapviewer folder and give it a .php
extension
and inside

I am actually using the .net bundled config. I have no other PHP
versions setup.

Did you use the bundled PHP package or one that you downloaded?
If you haveother PHP versions set up, you may need to remove them to keep
MapGuide from getting confused.
