I have a Windows 2003 server with MySQL 5.0.27 Community. When I try to create a connection to this server (using the IP or the name of the machine), I get an error message : "An exception occurred in FDO component. RDBMS: Access denied for user 'foo'@'my_machine' (using password: YES)" I downloaded the last libmysql.dll and copied it into the FDO\bin directory, as I read here and there that it solved the problem for some persons. I am sure of the login:password, as I checked directly in mysql command line. This login:password works perfectly. Ths skip-networking is on OFF, so I guess that should not be a problem. Any idea ?
