Yep Zac, the site etc run happily on
http://192.168.2.7/mapguide/websites/demo/stdicons/icon_feedback.gif or
localhost.

Icon URLs in a Web Layout are relative to
http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax
So relatively, the url for your command would be
../websites/demo/stdicons/icon_feedback.gif
