Na, I just couldnt figure where my good work was disappearing to. :-)
I thought it may keep a copy in let's say 'normal' format as well but all
good. At least I can stop looking for them now.

Folders and data in your repository are abstracted away by MapGuide's
resource service. You're not supposed to know (nor do you need to know) the
*true* physical location of these folders and files.
Is there a reason why you need to know where these folders are?
