FDO Toolbox does not bundle libpq.dll (the PostgreSQL client library dll). So
you must put this dll into the FDO directory or a directory that's in the
system's PATH environment variable.

Hello,
i've got the same problem with selecting features from postgresql/postgis in
mapguide.
The layers are drawn without problems...
I would like to try the solution using fdo toolbox but "Connect to
PostgreSQL / PostGIS" is greyed out.
FDO Toolbox 1.1.0.1264
PostgreSQL 9.1
PostGIS 1.5.5.1
I kn
If it's greyed out that normally means the provider doesn't support
configuration, which is a lie because it does (and the provider has a
matching overrides dll). I'll have to check that one out.

I would've told you to configure the PostgreSQL feature source with a schema
override, but Maestro's editors don't support configuring RDBMS feature
sources in an easy way.
So you'll have to do it like this:
