It could be a problem with non english OS (Ticket #1757 of MG OS) and also
with your fork of fusion (CompositeMapRender.php, row 98).
I added "/mapserver2012/" at the beginning of the path.
It works for me with MGE 2012.

btw, I did get the quick plot widget code integrated, but there wasn't any
improvement on the functionality that I am experiencing however that could be
because I'm not using the newer version of the fusion.js in your library.

If you use fusion.js as-is, it should load the widget code separately.
single-file fusion combines the fusion library with the widget code, if you
use this version you *have* to rebuild the single-file fusion.
