i can't connect my MySQL database using "OSGeo FDO Provider for ODBC"
...please refer to the uploaded image. Anything i done wrong??

Try using the ODBC provider to connect to your MySQL database. The ODBC
provider lets you declare the LATITUDE/LONGITUDE columns of your table as
point geometry in a feature class.
