I solved this in a different manner. I found options horizontal alignment
and vertical alignment in mapguide maestro where as those are disabled in my
mapguide enterprise 2011 map guide studio. i found those options in maestro,
i saved these layers as xml and create the

mercy of the MapGuide renderer because it will not draw any polygon labels
which do not fit in the area they are supposed to be drawn.
