setMetersPerUnit was introduced in Fusion 1.0.6 to resolve the incorrect mouse position issue so you will need to use Fusion 1.0.6. This is what shipped with MGOS 2.0.1. It should be a matter of just replacing the fusion directory in the MG directory tree, but there some extra MapGuide templa
