First, note that packaging for OSGeo4W does not involve any need to
modify the installer program. All you do is package .tar.bz2 files
with the stuff to install, write a setup.hint text file
free to create the ticket if you'd like.

MapGuide is still using an uninstall/reinstall procedure for upgrades.
Basically:
- Backup your repository and any custom web files, templates
etc you have made
- Uninstall Web Extensions and Server
it to work with MGOS 2.0.2

This would have many benefits, including allowing us to create installer
packages nightly/weekly, but I personally have no interest in tackling
the complexity that is involved in setting up an upgrade option.
