You don't have to remove the buttons.
Right under the field where you select what map to use,
there is a bunch of checkboxes. Remove the check mark in those.
(Above the list of commands).

mapframe.at the left side also i dont want the legend control and properties
diplayer. i want only that ajax viewer panel which displays the map.

Just create a weblayout with nothing visible (the map is obviously
always visible).
Then you can provide all the stuff you want from Visual Studio (buttons,
menus, etc.).
The setup is the same as described in the developer guide, but the
toolbar, etc, won't be visible,
