MI-L Converting OS grid references to horthings & Eastings

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to convert OS 6 figure grid = references to northings and eastings. We have a lot of dealings with = landowners and rather than go through the database placing each = landowner by hand is there an easy conversion Thanks Elizabeth Osborn This
