I'm a student of university.I'm doing my final project now. I'll to make a mapping about telephone demand on district Klaten, Central of Java Indonesia. I have a Klaten's map. It've be scanned in jpg. But it can't read by MapInfo. Why ??? So, Do I make it (Klaten's map) from MapInfo by manual ???? I'm newbie. If yes, why ? If the answer is not, what procedure that I do ?
