Has anyone had trouble with Map Windows maximizing upon opening a workspace.
If so, how can this be fixed so that the map windows remains the same size

I've had this bug in a network environment where the Mapperwindow maximizes
on a local machine specific basis. In other words all workspaces open with
maximized mapper windows. Will the below settings address the problem for
any workspaces opened at the computer workstation in question?
