MI Set Layer Label Angle

Hi lists The label provided by Mapinfo is horizontal,but I want it to be vertical,I use the 'Set Layer Label Object I Angle 270' statement to issue it in a cycle,but the screen flashs hard when performing this statement. Is there any way else to issue this function! Thanks! Ctlu
