Hi all.
In the order to improve Grid Analysis, I decided make available source code
of this program. For all who wants to become the member of the GridAnalysis
programming staff and wants to help me (us) with programmig of the useful
GIS functions, without fee, I'll be sending the SOURCE CODE.

Since I cannot open the file in MI403 (Mac) I cannot export the file. I
did have the forethought to try changing the version # from 450 to 300.
That got me a little further, but I continued to get error statements that
MI couldn't read an indexed field.
I suspect I'll hit a wall with the node li
In the past I have simply used a text editor (notepad) to edit the *.tab
file and change the version number in there i.e. change the line !version
450 to !version 400 . This saves the exporting and importing. As Spencer
points out this will not work if your new version has objects not allowed

Chris,
You've probably introduced an 'unresolved reference' into you MB file, for
example by calling a procedure which is declared but not defined in your MB
file. The MapBasic comiler realises that it can't find everything it needs
in the MB file, so instead of creating a ready-to-go MBX, it cr
Hey there guys,

Estimado amigo:
Puede que pueda darte una solución pero antes tengo que saber que son "donas"en
español. En catalán (uno de los idiomas que se habla en
españa) son señoras, pero no creo que lo que necesites sea una solución para
eliminarlas.

Is there a way, if you don't have MI 4.5 or higher, to convert a map that
is in 4.5 format so that version 4.0 can use the map?
I have a few DCW maps that are in 4.5. When I try to open them in MI 4.0
(Mac), I get an error message that 4.0 can't read them because they are in
4.5 format. I'd lik

Hi Ian and Timothy,
To be placed correctly the map data needs to have both correct coordinates
and correct coordinate system.
I would bet that your data has the correct coordinates, but a dummy
projection (NonEarth) generated by the translation.
This falls in line with Timothy's observations abo
