The solution is to "downgrade" your MouseWare to version 9.42. Appearently
the problem is in the latest version of MaouseWare, version 9.45.

Hi all,
One particular client of mine gets the errors to locate the MapInfoW.fnt etc when
opening mapinfo. I know that this is an issue about installing the
user profile, but am unsure how to fix it.
Basically their network is set up with roaming rpofiles, and so that users cannot
install so
Has anyone ever successfully shared MapInfo Workspace files over an NT server? What
are the components that must be in place to do this. Specifically, I am trying to
accomplish this with tables that are linked with OBDC. Any thoughts or experiences?

I'm sure there's a simple answer to this...
My Map window claims (and i have no reason not to believe it) to have a scale of 1 cm
to 400 m. Certainly, that is how it looks. However, I wish to have a final print out
scale of say 1:8000 on an A0 print.
How does one set the Layout x
Hi Listers,
Interesting problem I'm having with my mouse. I'm using a logitech mouseman
with the logitech driver on windows 2000. All is fine in my other
applications, yet within MapInfo the pointer speed and acceleration slows to
a crawl.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

report detailing the structure and properties of a table, query, form
etc.
Go to Tools, Analyse, Documenter. Pick the object (table, qry etc) to
report on and use Options to choose how much info to show.

Much of this is "AT YOUR OWN RISK" you can trash your Access Database if
you're not careful. Make a deleteable copy if you can, first, then monkey
around with the copy!!!
I have accomplished this before using the "Export" table from Access.
Choose a format such as txt, click on the advanced but
Hello All,
Is there an easy way to export to say a csv format file the structure of a
table within an Access database (that hasn't been opened in MI)?

Hi,
Can anyone remind me of a utility out there which controls multi user editing within
native MapInfo tables. I have seen it before, unfortunately the name and company
escape me. Any help will be gratefully received.
Many thanks,

Hi
I have an Access database of site records and also a Mapinfo table of corresponding
site polygons, matched up on an ID field. I've got a prototype database up and running
with a form containing a "site plan" map using the MapX control in Access. The site
plan is set to zoom and centre on eac
Hello all,
Do you know where I can gather SSSI, SAC, RAMSAR, etc or equivalent data for
Scotland. I know that UK stuff is downloadable for english-nature, but is
there a Scottish equivalent or a company that may sell the data in sections
or as a whole?
