Chances are that someone, sometime probably selected these tables to open/copy/delete
and accidentally released the shift or control key then tried to continue selecting

I have no experience in DDE from MapInfo to MS-Word, but I think this will be the way:
The DDE only transfer a string to MS-word. A MS-Word VBA Macro (made by you) must then
deal with formating the string.
You will need to trigger the Macro with a DDE string from MapInfo. There has been
