Presuming all tables are the same structure as stated and you just want to make
one big table of all 818 combined, you can use our AppendAll.mbx which is
attached.

If you are using MapInfo 7.8 or MapInfo 8.0 you will find a WFS layer with
aiports of the world.
Goto File > Open Web Service > Open WFS... and select World Airport Locations.
I must admit, that I'm not aware of the precession of these airports
