Does anyone know of a command line program (Something I could run from DOS)
that would cut out a geo-referenced image from an existing geo-referenced
image based on two given coordinates of a rectangle (the upper left corner
and lower right).

So the command line would look something like this:

c:> ExtractProgram   -104 35.0 -103.9  34.9  InputDRGFilename
OutputDRGFilename

So this program could be used as a clip program to remove collars from DRGs
or to extract out areas from DRGs or from Aerial Photos based on a given
rectangle or study area.   I don't think such a thing exists but just
thought I'd ask..

If somebody thinks they could write such a program in a short amount of time
please contact me.
