MI-L formula

hi... I'm working with zip codes and I've got a column with counts and another with US Population. I made another column to get the %of_POP, but some of the Zip codes have are a zero (0), so I get an error. Is there a way around this?? thanks. p.s. please cc: me personally, I get the digest v

MI-L Auto Update

I do very simple maps. solid colors only, up to 5 only colors. that said, I'd like to know how to update these on some type of automated basis. When I update my excel data through links and downloads, I'd like to open MapInfo and poof, all the colors are updated as well... thoughts?

I have done this in the past, but now it's not working...?? I need to put the maps into a PowerPoint file... for now I've been using Edit - Copy Map Window... (if there's a better way, please tell me). But I can't seem to copy the legend window. thoughts? dave Detroit, MI __
