Using MI7, with they layer I want to select, selectable; using marquee, radius, polygon, or region select tools, only some of the objects are selected, I then have to go and select the rest manually and add them those already selected. Any idea why certain polygons wont be selected? I even tried an SQL search and them same polygons are not selected.
