MI-L Time Zone Data

Yesterday I asked about reformatting Manifold Time Zone data for MapInfo. The responses were not encouraging. And Tech Support at Manifold was less than helpful. So now I will take another tact. Does anyone know of any very detailed, accurate Time Zone data in TAB, mif/mid or SHP format? Thanks
