Hi all
Has anybody got a scale bar app or sample code that creates a scale bar in a
"north - south" direction ?
(as opposed to the MapInfo's mbx which creates it in a "east - west"
direction).
Also it must be compatible with Australian projections

Hi all,
I am trying to bring (Excel) data into Mapinfo which is in Julien date
format. Two issues arise
- when I bring it in it converts to the Julien value (eg 7/19/97 = 35630)
- if I change the type in MapInfo from Float to Date, the column becomes
blank
Any ideas ?

I'm try to create a new coordinate system over the Antarctic / South Pole
but I'm having problems with MapInfo's "required paparmeters". Its similar
to the UTS Polar Stereographic except that the true scale is at - 71
degrees. The full list parameters is as follows

MapPad but on going to their website noted they now only have (ESRI'd)
