Hi there,
I have problems printing large layouts from MapInfo. When setting a custom
paper size to 42X56 inches (42 is the maximum width of our HP DesignJet
500PS), the whole layout becomes grey (the color normally used to show the
nonprintable area at margins) and a white page is printed.

Unfortunately, the HP DesignJet 500PS driver doesn't allow to set DPI
manually, it only has 3 quality levels: fast (draft), normal (final) and
best (enhanced). In my case, setting only the draft option allows to
