I have the scale printing fine. what I need to do now is add headers and
footers to all the printing that is done. most of this is copyright
information notices. does any one know how to add this information to the
page so that it prints out. I am working in VB so if there is any code to do

a bit off topic but I figure there are a few people on the L that might know
something about MapX. A colleague is currently having some issues with MapX
printing ability. He is not able to get the sort of resolution required from
the ExportMap functions in MapX

Hi Keith
There are manny ways to do so...
One is that you straightway use the Printer object & set its CurrentX &
currentY properties
and using Printer.Print "My text"
Otherwise, you take a Picture object and write everything on it using the
above properties
Even paste your map & scale on the pi
