Am one of the unfortunate few who has to go the other way.
Can not seem to find anything, not for the want of looking, to be able go
from a .tab associated w/a raster image to an arcview compatible combination
of files (.jpg and .tfw) or whatever.

I found a program , at www.directionsmag.com .
tab2tfw-272.mbx (Mapinfo TAB file to TFW file translator)
It creates a small ascii file, *.tfw .
Since I do not have ArcView, I do not know it
